The Melrose

Recently awarded the best fine dining restaurant on the Gold Coast, The Melrose offers a first-class menu in sophisticated and stylish surroundings. Combining the tastes of Asia, the Mediterranean and New Orleans, The Melrose restaurant offers guests an innovative and unique combination of cultural cuisine.

Sea World 's Melrose restaurant offers diners an elegant yet casual experience. Synonymous with the Gold Coast lifestyle this restaurant epitomizes laid-back sophistication. Offering its innovative dinner menu and delectable desserts with a fine selection of Wine, Ports and liqueurs that will definitely compliment your delicious meal.

The Melrose is open from 5.30pm - 9.00pm from Tuesday to Saturday. Guests can take advantage of the restaurants Early Bird Family special (in by 6.00pm and out by 7.30pm) and save dollars.

Dinner reservations are essential.

The Shoreline Restaurant

The Shoreline restaurant at Gold Coast's Nara Resort offers an affordable quality buffet experience suitable for a romantic dinner or breakfast for two or for the whole family.

Open from breakfast to dinner enjoy an all you can eat buffet breakfast and dinner featuring a fantastic array of tasty dishes.

The affordable buffet breakfast includes a hot and cold selection, or if your after a lighter start to the day guests can try the Continental Buffet which includes a selection of freshly cut seasonal fruits, yoghurt, juices, cereal pancake and pastries.

Dinner at the Shoreline Restaurant features a different food selection every night. The buffet varies with seafood, salads, roast meats, pasta, chicken, steak and an array of delicious desserts nightly. For the children there is also a children's corner on the buffet.

Sea World Resorts Shoreline Restaurant is open form 6.00pm - 9.00pm 7 days a week. Dinner reservations are recommended.

The Waterfall Café

The Waterfall Café serves light meals for the hungry holidayer throughout the day, offering a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere accompanied by great food. You can enjoy delectable snacks and tasty tropical cocktails on the deck overlooking the pool.

Sea World visitors can begin their action packed days at the Waterfall Café with an all day breakfast or for lunch you can choose from over twenty meals on the menu from steak to pizza. A tasty children's menu is also available.

With a fully licensed bar all meals can be complimented with a refreshing drink with a great selection of beverages to choose from.

BBQ facilities are available for Houseguests private use however they must be pre-booked.

Hatsuhana

Authentic Japanese cuisine at its finest Hatsuhana serves a range of tempting dishes from traditional Japanese culture. Hatsuhana features an a la carte menu that has a delicious selection of tempting Japanese delicacies. Open for lunch and dinner the Nara Resorts Hatsuhana offers guests a unique Japanese cultural experience. Sample a selection of meat dishes, tempura, teppanyaki, udon and tasty sushi.

Reservations at Hatsuhana are essential.

The Lobby Lounge

The Lobby Lounge offers guests at Sea World Resort a place to sit back, relax and enjoy the Gold Coast afternoons and devour a delicious cake and coffee as you watch the sun go down over the Gold Coast resorts lush tropical gardens. During the evenings enjoy a tropical cocktail, mixed drink or cold beer while you listen to live music performances on Friday and Saturday night.

Visit the Lobby Lounge during happy hour from 5pm - 6pm nightly to receive great drink specials.
